Each Magic Bag curation is discussed previously with the individual to facilitate physical and energy solutions and assess what type of container each session requires. May include drumming, sound work (instrument and voice), Usui Reiki and Angelic Liquid Light, guided movement, free dance, stretch, visualization, meditation (and more).
Currently offered over Zoom only - main goals for session will be discussed in advance.
