Being able to offer reiki to yourself or others is a gift.

I remember the first time I experienced Reiki - my sister and I often do “sister dates“ and she had decided on an Aromatherapy / Reiki sister date. I had never heard of Reiki, but it seemed like one of the fun and cool things we like to try. I remember sitting up from that session completely awestruck. I felt refreshed, thoroughly energized and convinced immediately that this was a necessary practice for me to have in my life. I was about to move to New York for the first time, and was already wildly spongy as an energy sensitive.

Reiki has been a profoundly centering practice for me, and has been a loving way to offer support to family and friends, my community, animal work, plants, and has helped me align goals energetically.

Every time you attune to a new level of Reiki, you exponentially uplevel your energy. While Reiki itself is gentle, the effects are profound if you are practitioner - to be a clear channel the Reiki energy will clean you up and clear out your own mess!

I teach Usui Reiki with the ICRT Reiki Textbook, along with my own energy practice tools and business practice recommendations. With my students I follow the recommended 21 day cleanse period between Level 1 and 2. Within each level there are multiple energy attunements and you need time to calibrate the energy shifts. Students often become more aware of new energy gifts and sensitivities, experience a deepening of peace, and a greater awareness of the whole. Level 3 needs at least a 6 month period between if you want to level up, and attuning at the Reiki Master level requires a deep ability to meditate, perceive awareness, hold grounded space for others, and a responsibility to the work you are imparting into the world.

Each level has some follow up homework / practitioner hours, along with student discounted coaching rates for support, reiki share availability.

You are the Captain of your own ship! You can immediately offer others Reiki at the Level 1. Your practice is what you make of it and it reflects the uniqueness of you.
